    The best idea is to get a DEXA scan, well worth it.

    That and the mirror are your best friends!

    yeah agreed and your upper back definition would cause me to downwardly revise some of these bf% estimates.

    Start weight: 101.4KG
    5/july/09: 97.9KG

    :D i'm very happy, only *bad* things i have had are coffee, diet cokes, and a hot chocolate today.

    First weighed in the am when i just got up:

    94.8KG
    yayyyy.

    I'm cheating atm, 6 hour cheat.

    chicken, avocado, mayo, foccacia roll, lettuce, cheese
    2 hash browns
    2 cokes
    1 coffee
    vanilla slice
    pie



    will update with what else i will be wating in the next 2 hours.
