about time to add some size

i've been training for strength mainly for years and have put on some size without trying to but i think i need to gain some now to keep my strength numbers on the rise

i'm great at sticking to short but hard programs (get bored pretty easily with the same thing) so if you have a program that's has yeilded great results, please suggest and i'll check it out

i'm a PT so training time is no problem

    DOGGCRAPP all the way mate!

You need to know your body, blast and cruise appropriately otherwise it'll do nothing....

The program is not that important. Any training program that you hit hard, heavy, intense and consistantly will work. Doggcrap, 5/3/1, whatever. Maybe what you should be looking at is the very non sexy diet issue. What are you eating? And don't say, "I eat heaps". Macronutrient breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) and calories per day.

don't really count cal's but just now i'm 24 days into a 28 day fat loss phase so obviuosly low...i'm putting tiogether a peri workout window for my muscle gaining program to come so cal's won't be a problem

i have 8 meals a day at 72kgs with plenty of room to spare...mostly eat until i'm content then eat again in 2 hrs

100g (ish) protein every meal and all that

my diet is very un-sexy as it is...it's 8am and i just had some chicken, lettuce and tomato for meal 2...
