The next Size Matters & Bronx "Lean and Mean" transformation challenge will start 16th August, just in time to look great for the summer! We are currently re-working the program somewhat and will keep you all posted.

I like the 16th coz it means I get to celebrate my birthday on the 20th and then go hard in the gym till summer without any distractions! Well, other than the double choc mudcake in the cafe down stairs from work :) but I can live without that for 12 weeks!
