    Ultimate diet 2.0 results

Hey SM I currently am on my own version of a keto diet whilst waiting for my copy of ud2 to come. I just finished reading the ultimate diet 2.0 a couple of times and was wondering if anyone could tell me how they followed the plan and what results they got. Was hoping to get some insight from anyone experienced on this program, specifically how strict to the program they were and if they did deviate how? Thanks in advance gav

Hey mate, I'm currently on my second round of the Ultimate Diet 2.0. Have a look at my intro thread:

    New Member

I didn't post a photo of the way I looked at 78.4kg, but from then I lost 10kg (half on the Keto diet and half on the UD2) and ended up at the second pic. I found that I only lost minimum muscle (took me about a month to get back to where I was on bench press), so I was pretty happy with the results!

A year and a half down the track and I've put the weight back on (mostly muscle), and I got up to about 82kg on my highest morning weight in. I'm currently ending my third week on the UD2 and have been losing 1-1.5kg per week so far (I'll know how much I lost this week when I weigh in tomorrow morning). I make sure to keep a record of what I lift each week, especially on the Saturday power workouts, so I can aim to at least match that the following week, to at least give me peace of mind that I'm not losing any muscle! I can feel bench press getting a little harder, but I haven't started to drop in my reps as of yet so it's looking pretty good so far!

Are there any specific questions you have about the UD2?/

its also worth noting Conor that you're getting a DEXA scan this week to accurately pinpoint your starting stats....

Thought I'd re-invigorate an old thread (yes the search option works!).

I too am seriously considering doing the Ultimate Diet 2.0.

Any others with experience/feedback/tips when doing it?

    cheers,
    cmjk
