    Ckd diet help

Hey all first real post here. Okay, I want to start a keto diet but am very confused. I'm not asking someone to do my research for me, I've read numerous threads on bb.com I get the theory behind the diet pretty much but I don't thnk I could plan it.

    My stats: height-177/179
    Weight- 88kg
Bodyfat- 16% guestimate. Was 12/13 while kickboxing so based on what I see in the mirror I think I'm around 16.

Goals: would like to cut bf% and mantain while than maybe increasing calories jut enough to make lean gains

Would appreciate any input but would love you if you could work out a meal plan for me. If I've left out any vital stats let me know. THANK YOU

P.s: typed on my iPhone sorry if someparts don't make sense.

Hi mate, don't get your hopes up for someone to write a meal plan for you. For a start you haven't supplied nearly enough info about yourself. And besides a meal plan is the sort of thing you need to do yourself. There are way too many variables too consider. How is anyone here to know which foods you actually enjoy eating, which foods you have access too & what your competent at preparing. The process of doing it your self is well worth it. The knowledge you'll gain creating your own meal plan will help you a lot in reaching your goals.

Or you could try a dietitian, if you've got private health insurance you might find that's covered.

One final word of advice; reading a few threads of bro science on BB.com would not be what I would consider sufficient research on anything. Someone else may be able too suggest an actual published book that you should read to lean about Keto. Good luck.

Bacon, Eggs, Cheese....my breakfast like every morning for the last fortnight (minus my carbup). I dont think im ever going to get sick of it.
BEGA stringers are an ok snack at times, they are pretty much the perfect keto macros.
Make sure to take your fibre pills or psyllium husks to stay regular too ;)
Its not too hard to plan a diet, programs like calorieking (aus edition) are awesome in planning what to eat for the day, or to keep track of your foods and you can sorta make up for it towards the end with a shake or something.
