15mins of approx 80m sprints and walk back on the return.

I decided to have a couple of servings of xtend, straight after the sprints on the walk back home (15mins) not sure if this is the right thing to do, im still learning bout HIIT on ckd.

Finished up sunday having 6 meals in total, im not gonna go into full detail with the meals anymore, until carb day and if i find something new that i like, like this cheescake type meal i made-
1tsp cinnamon
2tsp splenda
1tbs thickened cream
2tbs cream cheese
1 scoop wpi Vanilla
1tbs light thickened cream

Mix together then put in freezer for 10mins
Bit of a slap together and higher in fat and cals then im supposed to have, but really nice and easy.
The rest of sunday was spent relaxing, i felt pretty good after the sprints.

5.30-Woke up and i felt more fatigued then usual, had a black coffee and headed of to my base gym.

(for these i just sit on the end of a flat bench, lean back and support myself with my arms, then bring my knees up to my chest, as i go i put a dumbell between my feet, for more resistance)

I felt my energy levels were low before i began the session, i had another black coffee before i started but it didnt do much for me. Its all good though as long as im seeing results.

Still have one more meal left and 21f/51p/5c/373cals to spend.
I can feel that im not in ketosis yet, so i havnt even bothered with the ketostix, can taste the bad breath coming on so i should be there sometime in the next day or so, i thought to myself that depending on how long it takes me to get keto i may extend my period between carb days, see how i go.

I just changed from a low carb diet to CKD. I was on the low carb for 6 weeks.
The only carbs I was taking in was oats in the morning. I did a bit of a carb load yesterday as a last hurrah before the ckd. Should I do the 14day carb depletion before another carb up or just a week?

Had a little discussion today with a co-worker, who thinks keto is a joke, firstly he had never heard of it, and finds it impossible that the body could use fat as a fuel source, before breaking down muscle. I argued with him a bit on the topic and then he stated that he doesnt believe in diets, just good excercise, which i totally disagree with, i think that your diet is numero uno and should be payed the respect it deserves. Its hard to argue with him because he does have a good physique, but that is credited to his years of training and a fast metabolism. So i told him i'd let the results do the talking......
.......just more motivation to stick to this diet a 100%
