Hey Dohes,
Down to 98.4 as of yesterday.
I feel like absolute shit today though as I've picked up a stomach bug that my wife and kids had a week ago.
All I've eaten today is a smoothie with oats, WPC, eggs & banana.
It's only a 12 hour thing, so back into it tomorrow hopefully.
Visually very little change in my appearance except slightly more vascularity in upper body when I hit a most muscular pose.
I'm finding my endurance is suffering a bit; can't punch out those last few reps; although I'm still pushing the same weight. I think I'll wind it back a bit.
Lyle says not to try and duplicate weights normally used when not doing Keto.
