Welcome to the get big challenge Robal. I would say that chest is the first priority, then arms. Looks like you have great calves there.
I'm not familliar with the Max IT, so if you can post your training regimen we could make sure it is doing all the things you need it to.

    Into week 3

    All going as planned...

    Training well and intensely...

Dietary intake at 2800-2900 cals per day.....cheated the other day with a small piece of chocolate...mmmm it was good...otherwise eating clean.

Weight now 73kgs...I now notice some fat on lower ab region unfortunately but not too bad.

Introduced some light 20kms cycling for cardio as well as walking.

Will post progress measurements at end of week 4.

    End week 4...

all going OK...slight set back with injury to right elbow (unrelated to training) have had to lower upper body weights while recovering.

    Weight now 73.8kg
Quite a bit of fat deposits in abdo area but I suppose that is to be expected...have lowered cal input to around 2700 cals per day.

Measurements at end of week 4 ...

    Arms L- 33cm
    R- 34cm

    Thigh L- 54cm
    R - 54cm

    Chest - 105cm

    Neck - 40cm

    Waist - 85cm

    Calves L- 38.5cm
    R- 38.5cm

Not sure if I can slow the extra fat on abs by extra cardio but that may slow growth in other areas.

Maybe mods may have some advice??

Ididn't think anyone was reading this so I have just kept my own personal diary at home.

    A quick update...still going well..

    Weight now at 75.2kg

I will update at the end of week 12 (17/11/2003) with full stats with before and after pics.

I'm hoping to see at least a bit of change!!

    Well, that's it...!!

The end of 12 weeks bulking....a total of 5.8kgs added to finish at 76.5kgs....which equates to just under 1/2 a kilo a week....Other than a little fat around the abs (of course!!) my body feels a lot "harder" with an approx body fat measurement of 14.5%.

The diet went well. A few cheats here and there but otherwise very clean and reasonably disciplined...supplements I thought, were excellent...HP100, Goliath's WPI, ASN Nano creatine, Bronx L-Glutamine and Gentec Male fuel.

Training was not ideal due to having to train more at home rather than at a gym due to my original gym membership lapsing and I was waiting for a new gym to open (Definition Health Club, Menai) but the opening was delayed 2 months!(It will now open next week).

Anyway, I learnt a lot along the way and I'm sure next time will be a lot better.

I have attached a summary Excel sheet of the 12 weeks.

I will post some before & after pics in the next few days.

As I said before not a "huge" change but certainly an improvement!!!
