    stick arms improving but..

The FAT LEGS look terrible!! And the big wobbly bum. :(

We had some major stress lately and I put on 5kg of fat, then I got pregnant for the 4th time, then I had a miscarriage. Prior to that I all my clothes were loose, now some are too small.

So now I'm back into it all and have added in bike riding too and have lost about a kg (nothing, but it's a start) so far. Top half is coming along ok and looking less sticky and more defined.

But oh the wobbly fat thighs and bum! Does anyone have any great suggestions please??? I'm hoping my bike riding will do the job!

Leafy you've had a rough time by the sounds of it. No suggestions other than to be easy on yourself and just get back into it. You were obviously doing ok before you copped all the stress?

Thank you :) Yeah I was doing ok before! I'll just keep doing what I'm doing then. The kids are mad keen on the bike trailer so riding should help me.

You know how your body can end up looking like 2 mismatched halves?! LOL! Great top half that doesn't match the rest! Oh well, soldier on.. ;)

Sounds like the 'pear' body type, leafy.
Unfortunetely there is no chosing where you would like fat to come off.
You will just have to go hard at the dieting and exercise untill you are happy with your bottom half.
In that time, you will also be losing it from the top half and probably be more skinnier than you would like up there during the process, but this is what it takes to 'match up' again.

Building your lower half muscularly will help alot with the illusion.
Lots of burning squats, right down to the floor and back up to shape up the glutes also!

    Yes, classic pear I'm afraid!
About 4 mths ago I'd lost enough to have started to even out, but this time round I'd like more muscle up top to help even out the rest.

I didn't know about the really low squats, I will look them up to make sure I do them right. THANKS for the suggestion!!

Went on a great bike ride a few hrs ago, must have been about 3k or so. Plenty of burning thigh pain at the time, so hopefully that pain will equal gain! :D

I appreciate the help, thanks. :)
