Just thought I'd share cause I've been soooooo happy (and a bit miffed).
I started back at the gym on 2\1 but then have been sick with some kind of fluey thing and only went back yesterday - anywho, not being particulary diet conscious over xmas I basically ate whatever I wanted - pizza, chips, cheesecake etc.
I did have a good day on xmas day as I have posted previously but from boxing day onwards ate whatever and whenever I wanted.
So, how surprised was I when at weigh-in yesterday, I not only didn't put weight on, but somehow managed to lose 1kg and roughly 5cm.
I was expecting that I probably would have gained 2kg but still to have lost over xmas was truly a shock.
So, needless to say I did a little happy dance before hitting the machines again.
