    Post Christmas

    Hi all

    Just thought I'd share cause I've been soooooo happy (and a bit miffed).
    I started back at the gym on 2\1 but then have been sick with some kind of fluey thing and only went back yesterday - anywho, not being particulary diet conscious over xmas I basically ate whatever I wanted - pizza, chips, cheesecake etc.
    I did have a good day on xmas day as I have posted previously but from boxing day onwards ate whatever and whenever I wanted.
    So, how surprised was I when at weigh-in yesterday, I not only didn't put weight on, but somehow managed to lose 1kg and roughly 5cm.
    I was expecting that I probably would have gained 2kg but still to have lost over xmas was truly a shock.
    So, needless to say I did a little happy dance before hitting the machines again.

    I wouldn't bet doin the happy dance just yet it could be the case that you in fact lost some muscle tho i cld be wrong . Good luck anyway

    hey dude i recently went from 70.8 to 71.1 within 2-3 weeks using bf scales and the bf % was at 28% (71.1) my diets been the same with a few cheats in between nothing major, do you know wether it is bf or muscle i put on .. i do weights probably 5 days & cardio 5-6 days a wek.

    I would recommend you start a thread in the New Member section... Tell us a bit about yourself and your goals and what you hope to achieve on SizeMatters..
    This will be far more productive in answering your questions than random postings...
