    What doseage?
    What timing?
    Best combinations?

    Currently aiming to decrease BF levels,
    I am cyling 2200 and 2800 cals,
    only taking vitamins, ZMA, BCAA's,
    25g carbs preWO/ 50g carbs w/glutamine PWO

    Hi There,

    AMP affects everyone differently so I always recommend to spend a few days testing the doses.

    For an adult male I would recommend to start with 2 capsules twice per day. After breakfast (so you get a good start), then 2 before you train. The appetite suppressant should be evident enough to stop you snacking and decrease your lunch and dinner sizes without "rushing". If this is not enough up it to 2 capsules 3 times per day.

    For an adult female I would recommend 1 capsule twice per day, or 1 capsule 3 times per day.

    No more than 8 capsules per day (I would personally suggest no more than 6)

    Green Tea tabs are 2-3 times per day, one with each meal works best.

    Thanks Ryan, so if there is no issue with meal sizes or hunger supression would you still recomend these as a 'energy source' for training & generally boosting metabolism or should i look at another product iyo?

    Mate if you have BF to lose, then AMP is the way to go, if you are looking at cutting a little BF away but need to keep lean muscle I would suggest cell biology metaslim. Metaslim will still suppress your appetite but no where near the same levels as AMP.

    Metaslim is excellent.... imo

    and AMP is one of the few products of its kind that basically does what it says it will.

    I'm looking at doing a 3 month cut so I'll post some pics and document how I go. Getting a BodPod scan soon so I'll have real numbers to compare down the track.

    Would you suggest that it would be overkill to use AMP while using CLEN & ECA? Or are the contents different enough to incorperate both in some way?

    My personal opinion with fat burners is, they all affect everyone in a different way with the amount of stims etc... Try them until one works, if the ECA & CLEN is working stick to it, if you feel you could be doing a little better trial amp out for a few weeks instead. I wouldnt cocktail everything together though.

    Hi Kavla, well the stimulant being a mix of Geranium oil extract and caffeine make the feeling similar. AMP (now also known as ergoburn) has 20mg less caffeine per serve and over 120mg of core ingredient per serve on top of Oxy Elite Pro (only 120mg approx per serve of propriety blend compared to AMPS 241mg). I have not personally taken Oxy Elite so i could not comment on the difference in feelings or appetite control difference etc..., however i know both have proven great fat burners compared to many others.
