Gday. When placing an order today I noticed that you have a separate online store that does not seem to be linked to your homepage. After ordering through the online store and setting up an account I proceeded to pay via Paypal however my original order was $29.90 with postage but Paypal added an additional $9.95 hence making my order $39.95. I doubled checked my order thinking I may have added something additional anyway I ended up paying by direct deposit. I then checked out the homepage and clicked on the add to cart and noticed that it takes you straight to Paypal, I didn't go pass this point. The add on the forum says click for online store which is the homepage. Just wondering whats the go

First off let me say sorry for the confusion. We have actually taken down the separate online store a few months ago as it was just another unnecessary step in the check out process and now simply just use the 'add 2 cart' buttons located below each product photo located on each individual product page on the main website (we now refer to the main website as the online store). The previous online store still is however on our server (unlinked) for any of our older customers who may only look to the online store to purchase products not look now to the main site. I will make sure it is completely removed as soon as possible to prevent any more confusion and also any other potential paypal errors (although these are pretty rare but do sometimes happen and are unfortunately out of our control, but we will always chase paypal up for our customers if errors do occur with their checkout system). Can I ask if you went directly to the dynastore url because you had been there before or did you follow a link from the website?
Ok to your payment, I have received the order from the Dynastore to pay via direct deposit, so if you have payed for you item this way already there will be no problems and your order will be sent out tomorrow as per usual, however if you have not yet payed please contact me as soon as possible and I will arrange for a paypal payment and you will sent your order out today.

Thanks for the explanation. I navigated my way to the store after conducting a search on reviews of your product when the additional link turned up. Then I was in two minds as 2 which one to purchase from hence the email. I have already paid via direct deposit no rush. Mate thanks for the prompt reply. All good!!!!
