    Those scales SUCK. Ours were brand new and kept telling me I was 21%. After ages of trying I couldn't get past 20% despite my pants getting loose.

    I finally bought some calipers and they measured 12%!!! Consistently too!

    They currently say 18% and I believe them cos my pants don't fit. ;)

    Depending on how you look at it, I've got some good news, fish oil and almonds will actually cost you less. Flax seed oil is essentially throwing money away as it isn't doing what you want it to do, therefore anything spent on an alternate EFA (that works) is going to save you time and money.

    The problem is humans struggle to convert ALA to EPA & DHA, men more-so than women, which is why flax seed oil is useless.
    Eat first... ask questions later.
