    diet and clen?

    hey guys, ill start buy giving some background, im 23
    i used to weigh 125kg's and now im at 86kg this took place during an 18 month period. even though loosing all that weight cant kick it from my mid region my upper body through weight training is coming along nicely and i have little legs but an hourglass figure i do sit ups and all thats happens is push the fat outwards n i look worse!

    Now my question is. I have obtained some clenbuterol and planning on during a 2 week course next week but as for diet what should i be aiming to eat during the 2 weeks?

    my current diet isnt the best but i list any ways, i hate vegies cept for brocili and couliflower which i know isnt good and i should just man up but hey! i dont mind apples and oranges but most other things i cant stand if i smell bonanas they make me wanna chuck ( seriously i almost dry reech) dunno why

    breakfast consists of nutri gain with skim milk + protien shake (syntha 6 + glutamine) . 7am

    morning tea. yogurt(lowfat) and 1 cup oats mixed though with a smidge of honey 10am

    lunch. 250g white rice with 100g tuna springwater and 5 eggswhites 1 egg yolk scrambled with lil bit skim milk. 1pm

    5.30pm work out ( wieghts followed by 20 min cardio) post protien shake (vp2)


    dinner normally chicken breast, a peice of steak or some grilled fish with no carbs after lunch. 8pm

    before bed another protien shake (syntha 6)

    this is during the week and the times i eat are the only times i can during 8-5 due to boss not letting me eat besides smoko and lunch. and i have followed this the same for about 4 months so far.

    as i said my diet isnt good by any means but its better then take out all the time as i once used to have! so what are some things i should be eating considering the times i have availible for food and should there be a multi vitamin to provide me with the things i need from fruit n vege which i dont get??

    sack the cereal and have oats instead

    sack the milk

    sack the yogurt,

    sack the syntha 6

    have more solid food like chiken or turkey

    wheres the greens?

    definiately sack the clen,some people just have stupid ways of thinking when it comes to fat loss,

    if i could prep up for a comp without fat burners then im sure you can do general fat loss without clen,

    What a pity that the most important part of this thread was ignored by you, or at best glossed over. You've already decided to use what is probably the most dangerous drug out there, and for what reason? You've already said your diet needs work. Here's a thought; fix that before resorting to powerful stimulants that have the potential to end a life as much as improve it.

    Trust me: a clen heart attack is not good fun.

    Listen to Mino. He summed it up well.

    Based on what research? How about a week in St Vincent's Hospital following a heart attack brought on by clen usage.

    Don't be absurd. Please.

    * The potential impact of clen is well documented around the world;
    * The difference between the optimal dose and a fatal one is very small;
    * The problem for users is that unless you have it supplied in an original container and not made up in a backyard lab, you have no real idea of its strength. 50 mcg too much and life gets very uncomfortable. 100 mcg and it's possibly goodnight Irene.

    Clen is an extraordinary drug, don't get me wrong, but I stand by my comment that it is probably the most dangerous drug out there for the purposes detailed in this thread.

    But hey, the original poster has already decided to go down this path so I hope that he has the dosing right, or his stay at SM may well be brief.

    speaking of guessing doses,its sad because recently theres been alot of clen gel floating around and ending up in the wrong hands,

    one of the users told me he was using it and felt like he was shivvering always,obviously very high doses,

    You know that there are natural bodybuilders who can get down to about 5-6% body fat for a competition without drug use within just about 8 weeks, just from diet, training and rest alone. What makes you think that you need clen to drop body fat? Re-evaluate your diet, your training, and rest :) good luck.

    Also, research on google about what a bodybuilders cutting diet would look like. And just do it. Just like Take2 - "Do or do not..... there is no try"

    I've heard it first hand, and this is why we have people spontaniously say "fix my diet im going to take THIS" without thinking, knowing.

    "Hey man, you wanna lose fat? Take some of this just for X amount of weeks" "that's $### thanks"

    Here are some tips to add to info from Mino and others..

    breakfast = Oats with skim milk or: your Synthia 6 protien

    morning tea. yogurt(lowfat) and 1 cup oats mixed though with a smidge of honey

    lunch. 250g brown rice with 100g tuna or chicken or turkey or red meat and salad or greens (this combo could be your morning tea as well instead of the yoghurt)

    apple or orange 20-30mins before you workout

    work out ( wieghts followed by 20 min cardio) post protien shake (vp2)

    dinner normally chicken breast, a peice of steak or some grilled fish with HEAPS of green carbs i.e brocolli/ salads etc

    before bed another protien shake (syntha 6) maybe if you have a massive workout, but this would be the first to go if you want to drop body fat.

    No Clen - BAD!

    I am assuming you are a female? if so your cals need ballpark around 1800-2000 maybe even a bit more at 80kgs, so base your quantities around that, some quick research will assist with macros for particular foods etc, try to be a s consistant as possible, which with your success so far i dont think will be a problem.

    Post some more specific stats and i am sure you will get some more specific help.
