hey guys, ill start buy giving some background, im 23
i used to weigh 125kg's and now im at 86kg this took place during an 18 month period. even though loosing all that weight cant kick it from my mid region my upper body through weight training is coming along nicely and i have little legs but an hourglass figure i do sit ups and all thats happens is push the fat outwards n i look worse!
Now my question is. I have obtained some clenbuterol and planning on during a 2 week course next week but as for diet what should i be aiming to eat during the 2 weeks?
my current diet isnt the best but i list any ways, i hate vegies cept for brocili and couliflower which i know isnt good and i should just man up but hey! i dont mind apples and oranges but most other things i cant stand if i smell bonanas they make me wanna chuck ( seriously i almost dry reech) dunno why
breakfast consists of nutri gain with skim milk + protien shake (syntha 6 + glutamine) . 7am
morning tea. yogurt(lowfat) and 1 cup oats mixed though with a smidge of honey 10am
lunch. 250g white rice with 100g tuna springwater and 5 eggswhites 1 egg yolk scrambled with lil bit skim milk. 1pm
5.30pm work out ( wieghts followed by 20 min cardio) post protien shake (vp2)
dinner normally chicken breast, a peice of steak or some grilled fish with no carbs after lunch. 8pm
before bed another protien shake (syntha 6)
this is during the week and the times i eat are the only times i can during 8-5 due to boss not letting me eat besides smoko and lunch. and i have followed this the same for about 4 months so far.
as i said my diet isnt good by any means but its better then take out all the time as i once used to have! so what are some things i should be eating considering the times i have availible for food and should there be a multi vitamin to provide me with the things i need from fruit n vege which i dont get??
