Hey guys/ladies just after some feedback on my proposed bulking diet.. Im currently 6ft1, 85kg. This is what ive come up with so far...
630am - Breakfast
Serv Size
Oats ½ cup
Fullcream milk 250ml
2 boiled eggs
Whole meal bread 2 slices
Protein shake containing:
- 50g All-Bran
- 1 banana
- 70g cottage cheese
- 250ml full cream milk
- Heaped scoop of
UltNutr 100% WP
- 1table spoon flaxseed oil
730am – Gym
930am – Post Workout
- UltNutr 100% WP 1 scoop
- Fullcream Milk 250ml
- Tuna in springwater 75g
- Coopers Brew Enhancer 60g
(Dextrose/maltodextrin)
12-1pm – Lunch
- Chicken breast 200-300g
- Mixed steamed veggies 150g
- Juice 350ml
- Fresh fruit 1 piece
3.30-430pm – Snack
Lean beef 200g
BBQ Sauce 20ml?
6.30-730pm – Dinner
Fish/steak/chicken 300g
Raw salad normal bowl size
Steamed veggies 150g
Baked potato 2
930-10pm – bedtime
Same protein shake that’s
under Breakfast
