    Hey Chris

I know! Everyone at my gym is bulking up at the moment and I'm doing the opposite...heading into winter and end of most competitions and events until aroubnd Sept, Oct etc etc

I actually have my sister's wedding in QLD in September and a photo shoot the week before that in Melb so I have to get my butt into gear as I will be wearing a bikini for both...eeeek...!!

HAHAHAHA I actually laughed out loud when I read that comment chris

Correction - there will be no Pammy-Anderson-inspired wearing of white bikini's on the actual wedding day. My sister would want me dead. It will all be very formal and classy and proper

BUT...we'll be staying on for a week with family and friends so the bikini will be fine to come out then!

Ah ok, got me worried there - not so classy looking back 10 yrs

I'm finally starting to get the abs going (down to getting last bit out), kinda sh!t timing for me to actually get my lazy ass into gear! Ahh well, might do a 4month clean bulk and start again!

Ooh, I like these threads. Currently I'm doing this...

    Meal 1

6 Eggs, Tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Cheese (All made into an omelette)
    2 Slices Rye Bread

    Meal 2

    300g Chicken
    2 Cups Rice

    Meal 3

    300g Chicken
    2 Cups Rice

    Meal 4

    300g Chicken
    2 Cups Rice

    Meal 5

    300g Chicken
    1 Cup Green Veggies

Depending on finances I'll sometimes have an extra meal of 400-500g Sirloin in between meal 4 and 5.

2-3 Shakes in there too. (WPI/Casein)

    6-8 Litres of water.

3-4 Cans of Pepsi Max. (I swear they put something addictive in them)

    My diet tends to be:

    (1) Oats, milk, whey, eggs (separate)
(2-3) Sweet potato, salmon, eggs, some fiberous veggies
    (4) fiberous veggies, steak or chicken + cheese
    (5) PWO: 50 g WPI, 2 g milk, banana

Tuna has to be 1 of the most affordable + high protein foods..

Like 1 can which cost max $2 bucks contains 20g of protein.. get on it.
