CT you often mention havarti cheese. Whats the attraction? Just taste or something else?

Havarti cheese is yummo. Another BB friend of mine eats it. I can't remember her reason but something that it doesn't have it in that other cheeses do.

I have been waiting for Graeme to finish his comps to start my new training and diet so hereit is as it stands today - it is going to be slightly more relaxed than it has been but will still keep to the one cheat a week and maybe a latte here and there. Apart from that it's clean :)

    Pre train
1.5 hour before - glutamine and then BCAA's
30 mins before - thermo's, bulgarian trib and NO blend with arginine, beta-alanine and creatine

    5:30am - TRAIN

Post-Train Shake (only carbs are counted in total daily intake, protein is not)
    1 scp WPI
    1 scp Genr8 or WMS

    Meal One
    40g oats
    8 egg whites

    Meal Two
1/2 cup sweet potato mixed with 150g tuna in water

    Meal Three
120g lean red meat (kangaroo fillet or porterhouse most likely)
    40g brown rice (cooked)
    1/2 cup green veggies

    Meal Four
    130g chicken
    1/2 cup green veggies

    Meal Five
    200g white fish or salmon
    big salad

Supps: multivitamin, separate to that I have vitamin E, Vitamin C and Co-enzyme Q10, CLA's, ZMA and glutamine before bed and l-carnitine before cardio.

    Water intake: 3-4L a day

    Hey bigock

Yep sure do continue on with training at 5:30am...!

And yes it's bloody freezing. I just keep my huge fluffy jacket at the front door and get up 5 mins earlier to warm my car up out the front. I also keep a jug next on the kitchen bench and fill it with warm water just in case we have a big frost.

Apart from that...training goes on as normal!
