can you point out from those videos what sounded overboard?

It was a while since I watched those vids, but from memory, eating 6-10 times a day is totally unnecessary. Perhaps if you are on roids you need to constantly feed your muscles otherwise you will shrink (I wouldn't know). Eating 2 grams per pound of bodyweight leaves little room for carbs and fats. If you are eating like this, you will most likely end up with too much excess fat.

timhet if you watch the videos again you will note that this type of dieting is aimed towards people who want to be in shape to compete at a high level. It's not geared towards people who want da 6packt 4 summerz bro.

By the way you shouldn't be speculating on what works for steroids users seeing as you WOULDN'T KNOW, and your speculative statements about gaining body fat because you apparently don't have room for carbohydrates and fat makes no sense.

edit: I feel dumber since reading your post.

This clearly comes from someone with little bodybuilding diet experience....
Lets break your post apart, shall we...

    RE: Eating 6-10 times daily
While its not necessary (there's been some challenges to this theory of late), it is indeed recommended... The idea is to split your "3 square meals" into smaller portions and eat them on regular intervals, thus constantly providing your body with nutrients so that nothing (or very little) needs to be stored... ie. fat

    RE: Steroid comments
As mentioned by adz, if you're not in a position to comment then don't, it just makes you look very silly...
As far as changes in diet go, there really isn't much difference in how someone should structure their diet regardless being natty or 'helped', if anything, there's slightly more volume, but in terms of macros and timing they should be very similar...

    RE: 2g per pound bodyweight
I don't think its completely necessary, its the upper end of the scale IMO, something like 3g per Kg bodyweight is much better... Thats not to say the the 2g per pound isn't do-able...

Lets say a 170pound (~78Kg) Guy reasonably muscular and trying to gain... Thats 340g Protien (1360 cals), now i can't see you logic about not having enough room for carbs and fats, there's probably around 2000-2500 cals to play with there....
Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

If we are going to base diet decisions on advice from experts and given that there is rarely scientific evidence to back-up a lot of the bro-science, then I (as a natural) would rather take advice from a natural, as opposed to a non natural. I have found the advice from people such as Layne Norton more beneficial than people like Milos.

Of course, everyone's entitled to their own opinion... So take your advice from whomever you choose...

But to say that Milos' advice on diet should only be directed toward steroid users (your original comment), without having any knowledge on that particular subject, is just plain wrong... It's sound dietary advice for anyone who wants a bodybuilding style diet...
