    He mentions green leafy vegetables, and I think of broccoli, spinach, asparagus (and to a lesser extent celery and lettuce) as the main ones regularly mentioned around the place. Are there any others I am forgetting that would fit into this category?

    Cauliflower, brussel-sprouts, capsicum, etc.
    Doesn't have to be leafy the bit you eat.

    does anyone know where i can buy the dvd in aus? gmv doesnt seem to have it anymore.

    takes a week or 2, from milos, you may aswell get a shirt while your at it, i did.
