Thread: Non Stim Pre Workout

What has happened to the BN Pre Workout that does not have stims, have the taken it off the market? I cant see it listed on there website any more.

Damn its not there... I really hope they havent discontinued it?

That one in the link is no good for me. I want something with Arganine, Creatine, Cit Malate and Beta Analine in it.

If BN have discontinued the non stim version then I'll be pretty dissapointed. I wasn't happy when they added stims to Biocharge.

Here is another one. It is a little pricey, but has all the above ingrediants and L Carnitine as well;

croft price-wise you may be better off buying build XS and buying cit malate & AAKG separately from one of the sponsors.

Better yet, leave out the arginine altogether.

Caffeine doesnt worry me as I have always drank a lot of coffee however I dont like the 1.3 Dim commonly used in PWO's. I have found a product called Musclepharm Assault, it has a pretty comprehensive product list (inc small amount carbs), yes some are "Proprietary" blends however it has nil DIM. I have ordered some from Bodybuilding.com at pretty competive pricing, am currently awaiting receipt of the product, should be here in a couple of days.

i was inder teh impression it could still have Dim in it though (hidden in the prop blend)

Prop blends tell you the ingredients, just not the amounts.

And DIM is something different. DMAA is what I believe menage is referring to. DIM is used for inhibiting estrogen.

Most people are fine on it, but I have read of guys who suspected prostate irritation. Oh, & it can cause the dreaded stim-dick too.

It's a powerful stimulant, so don't overdo it. Probably best to cycle it too, so you don't develop a tolerance. It also suppresses appetite.
