    from 1st 3 min of the 1st volume i was totally sold...
    thats what any one wana compete should keep in there mind. the words in that vedio worth more than any one can imagine, its more of a key any one touch wts and thinking of becoming a top athlete have to use it like a prayer. very impressed

    I would add that Kai's mindset would be good for ANYTHING one wants to pursue!

    You've brought something unique to bodybuilding DVD's as we know it, Mike - then again, any of Kai's insights are pretty unique!

    Finding that my DVDs have such a big following in Australia has been one of the most pleasant surprises of my new career in filmmaking! I have made several friends down under, including a group of Australian musicians who contributed to one of my earlier DVDs about bodybuilding called Raising the Bar!
