Thread: 2010 CCI - updates, pics, final results!

So, The Country Classic Invitational is on August 7th from what I have heard. Any SizeMatters members going to watch or compete? I'm a Bendigo local boy, so I will be there for certain :)

Great to hear Gav. I didn't really talk to you much at all at the Aussie GP, so might talk a bit more this time around. Haha, I'll admit I was a bit surprised when I learnt that there was a comp like this held in Bendigo.

Not sure yet, too far in advance to decide.

I got a free copy of Aussie Hardcore, or whatever it's called, and it had the results from last years show and it looked like a lot of fun.

if i didnt have much on i would def go to the cci,
Craig Lucas (outlaw) puts on one of the most awesome show available in australia,with unbelievable competitors,

its def a show that shouldnt be missed for anyone that is in melb.

actually,going to look into going,is there an airport in bendigo?if not how far is it from melb airport?

According to Google maps, Melbourne Airport to Bendigo is 1 hour 52 minutes.

The way Aussie drives it's about 1.5 hours from the airport, if he gets lost it could be up to 4 hours, just to get out of town.

Oh what's that? Did you say you were walking this year?

PS. And I told you and Kingsnorth it would be quicker to walk to Banana Valley than drive during peak hour (let alone find a park), although I'm not sure I'll be attempting a u-turn in peak hour like that again...

I'll prob drive down from Sydney again.

I love the drive home I go through and grab food at every fast food place I can. Kills the time.

from melb airport its about 1hr 30-40mins. Bendigo has an airport, but not for domestic flights like you would be after.

Hmmmm, I am a Bendigo lad myself fellas. Depending on how many there were and if i had my car on me, i would be happy to consider doing a SM members pickup from the melb airport and back to bendigo. Let me know if there are any takers.
