Checkout Branch's terrible form in training chest, whatever works for you but your begging for an injury training like that. Also WTF.. with the bear hunting? No respect for anyone that kills for fun.

SM Forum member THEEOS has safely landed in the US for his tilt at the World Amateur Strongman at the Arnold Classic. He tells me his goal is to simply finish every event, but I think he will do better than that and show a few of those yanks what Aussie strength is all about!
I am sure he has the support of the entire SM community!

From what i can find, it's about 11PM EST-5:30am
According to Time&Date.com.................
Pre-judging 12pm Ohio time = Approx 4:00am, Sunday
Finals 6.30pm Ohio time = Approx 11:30am, Sunday.
Both are Melbourne times.
