    These events have been announced

    Friday:
    1) Yoke Walk and Sandbag Carry Medley; (409kg yoke and 113kg Iron Mind Sand bag)
    2) Log Press for Repetitions; (143kg) Clean and press each rep. 60 secs
    3) Farmer's Walk/ Keg load Medley (143kg on the farmers with two kegs at 105kg and 123kg
    4)Atlas Stone Load (136kg/150kg/164kg/173kg/186kg) 54”height platforms

    Sunday (Top Ten Only):
    1) Deadlift Medley; 364kg frame for 2 reps, 2 reps on the 295kg axle, 320kg bar pull away (regular deadlift) Straps allowed; 75 secs
    2) Overhead Press Medley; ( 82kg Giant Slater dumbbell for 3 reps, 136kg axle reps 2 reps and 150kg log for one. start in center) Each implement is cleaned from floor prior to each press. 90 secs.
    3) Stone over the Bar for repetitions. (173) 52”

    Go Theeos, these are world class weights!

    The medleys are for for 20m each implement.

    They are world class and freaking heavy..... I am scared hahaha

    when do you go over Theeos, how long will give yourself before the comp to acclimatise, what sort of schedule will you keep when you are over there

    I go over early March. Will be cold Ive been told but that doesnt really matter. Basically one big party haha! Unlike bodybuilding we can go out the night beore and have a few beers!

    Started back into event training last week.

    Just need heavier kegs, and a better Yoke. This one is good to train on as you can easly do 50+kg more on a decent Yoke, but there is no more room to put weight on. Might have to get a couple of people to hang of the side this weekend.

    MO, any word on how the preps going for the top guys like Heath, Jackson, Warren, Greene etc. are they still competing? Looks like they're all keeping things under wraps.
