AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS Bodybuilding, Figure & Fitness (NSW):

Date: Sunday 18 April 2010

Time: 9am Pre judging, 1pm Finals

Venue: South Sydney Juniors Leagues Club, Kingsford NSW

Special Guest: Special Guest- Rosa Maria Romero, Australia’s top IFBB Professional Figure Champion, will be posing and talking about her experience of competing at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Figure International Professional Show. A real inspiration for our female figure competitors!

SUNSHINE COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS, Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness (QLD):

Date: Sunday 11 April 2010,

Time: 9am Weigh In, 11am Prejudging, 230pm Finals

Venue: Sunshine Coast Function Centre, Caloundra RSL QLD

Special Guest: Special Guest- Rosa Maria Romero, Australia’s top IFBB Professional Figure Champion, will be posing and talking about her experience of competing at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Figure International Professional Show. A real inspiration for our female figure competitors!

Both events are qualifiers for the Arnold Schwarzenegger Amateur Championships 2011, plus the 2010 World Men’s, Women’s, Masters, Juniors and Classic Championships and other national and international events.
Competitors can win thousands of dollars worth of air tickets and accommodation to these IFBB Championships.

Dates have been released.
Not on in March as first suspected:

Sydney: Held over the weekend of the 17th-18th April 2010 at the Cronulla Sharks club.

Queensland: over the weekend of the 10th-11th April 2010 at Caloundra.

I'm not a big fan of those dates.

This year was great, the All States one weekend and the Australasia the next. Great for the competitors.

The break between is too long this time around.

TD has just informed me that the IFBB Austraiasia will be held at South Sydney Juniors Leauges Club, Anzac Parade Kingsford NSW.
I was originally told Cronulla was the probable place.
