I won't get a chance to post a photo today from the weigh in but your mate Chris Jenkins definitely looks good. From what I've seen I am still leaning towards the Greek guy.

Ill be rocking up around 12:30, training at 11 then straight to the gate!

Here's a pic of Lucky from the weigh in earlier today. It's not taken from the best angle but you can nevertheless notice the freaky legs.

I also forgot to mention, our own SM member Mick_540 looks to be in great shape but no pic of him.

That's one way to inform Melbourne that our shows are top notch

are these grand prix's similar to the arnold one they had last week, hot chicks, alot of supplement companies selling and giving free supplements?????

Cheers Mino, Kai's quite a character, let us all know how good he looks in the flesh and if he has improved on his condition from the arnold, I would expect him to come in a little lighter and sharper. He has to win this show to pave the way for a MR O win. I can imagine Dexter's hungry to take him as well. It's going to be a hell of a show.

I hope so. Last show I went to there were a few supp scompanies giving away samples, Protein Direct was one of them. I got a few smaples, some magazines and bought some protein bars. I'd say there would be more this time.

I'm just about to leave, hopefully MO calls me about 12pm otherwise I'm out of luck getting in. Digital camera is fully charged, a few of us will uplaod pics tomorrow or late tonight once we get back.

Haha no shit, im running abit late, hopefully they stay outside for 20 mins

Just seen pics from the prejudging, there is a big screen behind the guys. Kai's definately 1st much improved from the Arnold, looking real sharp, Dexter looks great but a little flat with the legs smoother than expected, Melvin Anthony looks good. Mike K looks great but not as sharp as I anticipated, Moe Elmoussawi - I don't think turned up???, Ivan Sadek looks like he mistimed this one and looks smooth holding water - especially the glutes and thighs, Roelly Winklaar looks great, ripped - massive upper body but lacking slightly in the lats. The guys there should be able to give more details but looks like Kai 1st and Dex in 2nd - no surprise.

Here's Kai from the prejudging today... classic physique, reminds me of the legendary Albert Beckles in this pose.

yeah i just came from pre judging.

kai is dialed in, the dryest of the pro's so he will be very hard to beat.

dexter is looking better and better as the poses went on, holding a little water at first but looks to be improving with the sweating of the poses, and yes they made them do heaps of callouts!

3rd will be between melvin,mike, rolley and some dude ive never heard of.

i really like the look of melvin, from the back him and dex, waist is TINY! no idea how they do that plus still compete with the thicker boys in lat spread.

mike looks pretty good! if he doesnt get 3rd or 4th it'll be because of melvin and roelly. roelly has massive arms, but kinda lacks the whole package.

Lucky got 1st u90 and then took out 1st overall. Would love to see him compete internationally. he just looks picture perfect. definately the benchmark for aussie amature bb.
