Big call when he'll be competing against Phil Heath, who will be hard to beat this year I think...

Although i am a dennis fan (so im a bit bias). I prefer Dennis's physique, although some of heath's poses look awsome

But Dennis i think looks awsome in these:

and is side pose is insane

Absolutely Union, Dennis should be a front runner in any comp, he's got a great balance of size and symetry, and provided he comes in top condition will be a definite contender...

I just think will all the buzz and popularity surrounding Heath (all the bullshit in other words), as well as his unique physique, he'll be hard to beat...

Scottie - I just got this month's US version of FLEX and has the biggest issue in Phil. I know these magazines are pretty full of BS but it was an awesome read!!

It goes through his weeks in countdown to the O this year and breaks down the style of training he will be doing and how it will change as he goes on, all his nutrition (and suprisingly no plugging of supps) etc etc

You should try get your hands on it. He has some areas that he needs to work on but for his age his physique is amazing. Seriously going to be hard to beat this year.

Maybe we should start a thread with guessing the Olympia 09 top three? And figure top three

Thanks Bianca, I'm usually not into buying the US magazines, sick of seeing all the BS marketing crap that goes into them, but I'll have a leaf through one if I can find it at the newsagent and see if its worth a read, even if it is only for the Heath stuff...

Yeah, I'd venture a guess at the top 3, not right now, its still a ways off, maybe as it gets closer someone can start a thread and have a crack....
