    Levrone Transformation, Week 6 update

The past few days have been busy. I took a comprehensive steroid test at Quest Diagnostics, and then I traveled to the West Coast where I’ll be completing the rest of this transformation.

The Quest Diagnostics nurse oversaw the procedure. In a week or two the prescribing doc will give the results to Dave Palumbo, who arranged for the test after he attempted to call me out for using steroids during this transformation. I look forward to hearing Dave announce the results publicly. I realize this might be the first of many tests I’ll be asked to take. Doubters, bring it on.

I managed to get a few workouts in during all this and I posted the written programs below, plus a video clip where I talk about “old school” pullovers. Thanks again to the Finger Man for the raw food video. From the West Coast, Levrone out!

    Answering your questions

"Getting settled here in the West Coast. I did back and biceps yesterday – the written program is below. Took a few days to coordinate the video taping. But we’re cool now, I’ll have some fresh new training videos for you tomorrow night.

Here’s a video of me answering some of your questions. It’s great to just look into the camera and answer you by name. I’m grateful for your involvement and honored that you’ve been posting so many questions and ideas. Keep it coming – I may pick your question next time.

Also, here’s clip of me on nunchucks. This is the first time in decades. Not many of you know this, but I have a passion for martial arts. Any martial artists out there? Let me know. Kevin Levrone, out."

steroid use = muscle memory... surely thats a factor.

    cmon wtf?

FOAF hasn't done a cycle in 6 months atlest, but as soon as he starts lifting, its staight back as if he on juice, if not better, and natty?

    Yes, steroids = muscle memory.

If he's normal, i'd accept it... But really, he's joking himself. And trying to play with the public :(

this is why i wanted a blood test done not urine its so easy to pass it.
If a blood test was done you may see something like really high testosterone and really low LH and FSH indicating steroid use as these hormones make the testosterone.

Levrone Transformation, Week 8, Back & Biceps

"This is it. I’m focusing in, getting it done in this last week. Not the best sound quality on this video, but I’m not saying much anyway. The point is 100% focus.

Thanks to those of you who have been supportive since the beginning. Your involvement has been the number one ingredient in this transformation.

I would like to get a Week 7 pic up and answer questions and I will get to that as soon as I can. Right now it’s all about visualizing and blocking out distractions as I finish the transformation. I need your support in the home stretch.

I look forward to sharing the final results of this journey with you, reviewing what we’ve learned, and taking on the next challenge. Whatever it is, it will be documented right here on LevroneReport.com."

    Levrone Transformation, Week 8, Chest/Shoulders

    July 14, 2009...

"Remember back at week one when I said, “I haven’t done even a set of pushups in 2 or 3 years, so I need to ease into it.”

Now in the eighth week it’s safe to say I’m done easing into it.

This was the most intense workout yet in terms of digging deep for those last reps. Making some noise, feeling fired up.

If you lift today I need you to go full blown like there’s no tomorrow…because there isn’t. We got four days left. Tell me about your monster workout, your intensity and visualization. I need to read your comments to get psyched up for my next workout.

It’s not over just because the first eight weeks are ending. The blog and the journey are just beginning. The best is yet to come. Let’s finish strong. Evaluate. Then plan the next move together."

    Levrone Transformation, Week 8, Legs

"This is it, 100% focus for the last leg workout of this first transformation. Not a lot to say, but I’ll go back to talking and instructing very soon. Maybe a post tonight from home to answer a few of your comments directly.

It’s worth the distraction of the camera. It’s important to me that you’re there to see my workout, to go through it with me, and to take some of my focus and simplicity into your workout if you can.

I’m in a zone where I’m relaxed and at peace, and it shows in the video. Feeling the mood enhancer kicking in. The best workouts for me are a combination of focus, power and calm. Try to shoot for that combination today, let me know how it feels."

    Crazy transformation...
Just goes to show what some good genetics and a lot of muscle memory can do... He's achieved more in 8 weeks than many will in their entire training lifetime...
    Legend of the sport!!
Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

I agree, to a point. The issue for me is just that: so much improvement in 8 weeks? Unassisted? If it is, then yes, he is truly a genetic freak and legend. I'm sorry but I'm a tad more cynical.
