    Levrone Transformation, 100-pound dumbells

    June 19, 2009...

"This is a highlight from today’s chest, shoulder and triceps workout #5. I really stepped it up today. I know some of you are going to try to do this same thing with 100 lbs dumbells. Good luck, be careful and let me know how it goes. I’ll post the whole program tomorrow."

Levrone Transformation, Highlights from Chest/Shoulders/Tris #5

"150 lb pushdowns, 6 sets x 150 lbs. This was my last set of a huge workout – can’t believe how pumped I look. Triceps can take high reps and a lot of punishment. The tris are fired up with blood flow and ready to go after chest and shoulders, so finish what you start and get all the pushing movements done in the same workout. A lot of bodybuilders don’t do this, but you should – it’s all about blood flow. (Respect to Rick the “camera man,” I’m just playing with you, bro.)"

"With larger muscle groups like chest, back and legs, I do four exercises, a total of 16 sets, keeping the reps between 6 and 8 with free weights. This builds mass and strength. With machines I keep reps between 12 and 20 – this cuts you up and brings more detail into the muscle.

The transformation is in real time. You’re watching me change week by week, naturally, although I did take a sample from the lab today and it worked – you can tell by the look in my eye at the end of the incline dumbell clip. :0 I was much more pumped and alert in my workout. I’ll be telling you about it tonight when I post the Week 4 Picture.

Your results will be different than mine – we have different genetics and muscle memory. These exercises on The Levrone Report are for experienced weight trainers only. Beginners need to check with a doctor or trainer before starting a program like this. Be sure you don’t overdo it. I’m always in control of the weights and you should be, too.

The training is working for me and it’ll work for you. Those of you doing your transformation along with me, let me know how you’re growing. We’re all in this together and I’m starting to feel the tremendous power that comes from doing this with thousands of people watching. Tap into that power while you can and join me."

Levrone Transformation, End Of Week Four

    June 20, 2009...

"Check out the photo from end of week four. That’s what’s up, baby. Great week. I had a little help from some natural ingredients, and a lot of help from you guys. Those last two workouts were the most productive and most enjoyable, and I can’t wait to get back in the gym. The focus next week is legs, every other day, I’m going to shock the muscles and make ‘em respond.

I’m training hard, eating right, getting rest and I’m on the right supplement – a mixture of things that worked in my past, combined with some cutting-edge new ingredients that I’ve been curious about. I needed to know exactly what I was getting, and I needed it to just plain WORK. Mission accomplished. This week was full of long, focused, explosive workouts, minimal muscle burn and one of the most incredible pumps I can remember. All natural, baby.

Some of you are attacking bigger weights after seeing what I’ve been able to accomplish. If I’m helping you do more, you gotta know the feeling’s mutual. I’m addicted to doing this blog, so keep posting. If you see a question I’ve answered before, please answer on my behalf. Let me know what you’re achieving with your workouts. One of you told me you attacked 70-pound dums for the first time – I live for that stuff, man, so keep it coming. Out."

    END OF WEEK ONE:

    END OF WEEK TWO:

    END OF WEEK THREE:

    END OF WEEK FOUR:

Looking good, he's says he's got a nutritionalist now on board, to get him to that next level. There's alot of speculation as to where this is all leading to, and what he may be using getting there.
I for one am enjoying the transformation of a true bodybuilding legend.

Like I said in another thread; he is probably my all time favorite bodybuilder. That said... I believe he's doing this because his acting gig hasn't worked out as well as he'd hoped and so he's going back to what he knows gets him attention. People always talk about retired bodybuilders one last "come back" but it seldom happens and when it does it's often an anticlimax.

I suspect he'll either launch a product line, or be the face of one, when this is all said and done.

He's got my support regardless, Im really enjoying the come-back!

    Levrone Transformation, Leg Prep

"This coming week is all about legs. Here’s a look at something we don’t talk about much. Get comfortable with it – if we want to maximize definition, the hair’s gotta go. You can already see some definition. Shaving my legs ON CAMERA was painful for me – but the real pain comes this week when I shock the muscles into noticeable growth. My upper body is ahead of my lower body, I’m going to even it out and put on a lot of leg mass this week and you’ll see the results. Out."

Not wrong there, the following video always cracks me up - day before the 99 Olympia at the airport, when he gets started he just dosn't stop and the hands all over him and comments are classic.

BTW in his latest clip his legs are shaping up quite well, will be up in no time.
