mino, the towels aren't ready yet. As soon as they are you'll be first on the list.

jaiman, I wish you were as observant when you're at school listening to your teachers. If you did that I'm sure you'd be an honour student.

Big Tim, sorry mate but one word you said is troubling me a little. You said you "hope" to see me and zoo at the show. It's just the biggest show in a while in QLD so you better be there (rain or shine) I've spoken to my t-shirt guys and looks like they can't do your size, but they said a gym towel is one size fits all, so that's the best I can do

Anyone have a rundown of the days event? Time of appearance, posing, signing/photo ops?
Also anyone know if Ronnie Coleman is currently documenting his comeback for possible dvd release?

I rang Doherty's last week and at the moment they don't have much information. That poster is just a teaser.
Once they know more they'll put it up on the Doherty's website.

Mate the weight has been falling off me (from 139kg to 136kg) so at this rate I will probably fit into a medium by February.

And I will firm up that "hope" to "plan". Does that help?

Good to hear the weight is coming off Tim. And yes that "plan" sounds better than "hope". Looks like so far it's only us, the three amigos for the Sunshine Coast (me, Tim and Zoo).

The official poster of IFBB Australia 2009

First to appear on any bodybuilding forums in Australia (or the world as a matter of fact).

Someone mentioned that is a nice sponsor's logo at the top of the poster. I also happen to agree.

    Thanks badcompany and T2.

It's funny how things work out in life sometimes. Of course like every other kid I dreamed that one day I will be a really really big bodybuilder and compete (and win) the Mr Olympia. hehe, who didn't dream of that (although may never admit to that of course).

And yet, I have never ever dreamt that one day I would be the major sponsor at a national championship where arguably the greatest Mr. O of alltime would be guest posing. Life is full of surprises. Thanfully, some of the surprises are pleasant ones.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, considering how much protein mino has ordered from me, it is no wonder I can afford to sponsor this show. Just wait till mino gets married and has a son. Then taking into account the father/son protein consumption then the next sponsorship will be the Mr O itself
