Training program (looking for advice)
Just a quick one folks

and me not having the biggest traps in the world was thinking of giving it a go i still need to read it over again n reasearch some things because i have no idea wtf a hiss shrug is lol.

Sometimes u just feel tired.... feel weak.. and when you feel weak.... your feel like you wanna just give up.....But you gotta search within you gotta find that inner strength and pull that shit outta you and get that motivation to not give up and not be a quiter not matter how bad you just wanna fall flat on ya face!
