    Drop to 100 kilos

    My aim for this year is to get down to the 100 kilo mark or there about.
    At the moment I am going from 116 to 114 kilos.

    My weight has been dropping over the last couple of weeks but this is due to me not eating lollies at night while I am in bed.
    I am usually in bed by 8.30pm each night due to my back. I really can sit up for much longer than that on most nights.

    I am heading back to restart my weight after a 3 week lay off due to the back.
    And to be honest I am looking forward to getting back out there.
    We have got a cheapish gym, but it has enough for me on it and I also have got a flat bench which has to be changed this year as it is way too low for me, but you have to go with what you have got.
    Also I have got free weight with an Ezy Curl bar and a Straight Bar.

    My main problem is the gut area as this needs to be down a hell of a lot more. My chest is or was starting to make good improvemnents and Arms are really not a worry. Legs are okay but I need to have a better gym to work them better without hurting. Calves are worked on a lot of seated exercises.

    This morning I went out into the shed and started doing my weight once more.
    I an taking tha advice of Big Tim and only going to do the 3 week on and the 1 week off.
    It is a great idea which I had never thought of doing, and I don't know why I never came up with it.
    So to Big Tim I think you for pointing me in this direction.

    My weights today were a little hard but after the 3 or so weeks off it was understandable for that.
    I really enjoyed being out there doing them.

    I found that today my Standing Bent Over Dumbbell Kickbacks and Standing Dumbbell Extensions were the ones hurting my back.
    So next time I might try to do these seated .

    It was day 2 this morning of my next 3 wek on 1 week off program.
    All exercises and weight lifted are still the same as they would have been on my 6 week on 1 week off program.
    Again it was a good workout, but again I found that the one of my Tricep exercises hurt my back.
    It was the Tricep 2 Handed Bar. I done them standing so I might have to move these to a seated position next time.

    My weight will be redone on Friday.
    My starting weight on Monday was 115.2 kilos.

    Done my weights this morning but didn't get through them all.
    I will go out and finish them off tomorrow morning as I don't want to do it half cooked.
    Even though not completing them in the one session is sort of half cooked.

    Me weight today was at 114.4 kilo's not much but it is something.

    well Beeman it was my back it just got too sore to keep going and it would have been way past the point of recovery if I tried to stay out there and do them all.
    So I was better off to cut it short and finish them off this moring.
    Which I did do.
