Drop to 100 kilos
My aim for this year is to get down to the 100 kilo mark or there about.
At the moment I am going from 116 to 114 kilos.
My weight has been dropping over the last couple of weeks but this is due to me not eating lollies at night while I am in bed.
I am usually in bed by 8.30pm each night due to my back. I really can sit up for much longer than that on most nights.
I am heading back to restart my weight after a 3 week lay off due to the back.
And to be honest I am looking forward to getting back out there.
We have got a cheapish gym, but it has enough for me on it and I also have got a flat bench which has to be changed this year as it is way too low for me, but you have to go with what you have got.
Also I have got free weight with an Ezy Curl bar and a Straight Bar.
My main problem is the gut area as this needs to be down a hell of a lot more. My chest is or was starting to make good improvemnents and Arms are really not a worry. Legs are okay but I need to have a better gym to work them better without hurting. Calves are worked on a lot of seated exercises.
With time come age, with age comes knowledge. But this doesn't mean you know it all.
