    ^ It's amazing in a gruesome way to see where the body accumulates fat. His fingers and shoulders are relatively normal but check out his right foot.

    Amazing and gruesome yes, but I just cant imagine how a person could let themselves get to thet state. What is amazing is how in the hell is his poor heart still working, truely the human body is an amazeing thing. I think he needs some serious help.
