    da111s weight loss

    hello all.

    im lookin to burn some serouis fat but until my toe heals and my tattoo i thought i would start a thread up to get some help so anyway.

    my diet:

    breakfast: scrambled egg with a coffee and wholemeal toast

    morning tea apple with( pending)

    lunch: can of tuna on wholemeal bread.

    arvo tea apple

    dinner lean steak,lamb or chicken

    grand total 1250 calories (calorie king)

    im down to 63kg but im not losing muscle or fat

    i wanna get down to 60kg

    In the past month I think you have decided you want to be a strength athlete, a swimmer, an MMA fighter and now "burn some serious fat".

    Pick a goal and stick to it mate!

    Not meaning to be unkind, but in all four of those photos you just look like a skinny kid - if you want that to change starting a 1250 Cal diet with no exercise (due to your sore toe and tattoo(!)) is not going to achieve anything except to make you a skinnier little kid.

    i wanna get a bit bigger them i am
    i just wanna achieve a low bodyfat % also with great fitness level.

    my goals are to get leaner,fitter,get stronger and stay that way

    i understand tim its better to be unkind the lie.

    so a few questions.

    how many calories will i need to stay at what i am at the moment?

    will swimming help me get leaner?

    also about my toe i cant much becuase sometihng do to with my growth plate in my larger toe.

    Depends on your goal. Which goal one are you going to pick? An MMA fighter, a strength athlete, a swimmer and a bodybuilder all have different requirements. Almost certainly a shedload more than 1250.

    also its hard to get good food at school as most of it is junk

    i used a few online calucators and found out that i need 1800 calories to matain my current weight so how much do i need to cut from that to lose weight?

    what sorta of things can i them from ill post my current eating plan from today.



    breakfast: scrambled egg with a coffee and wholemeal toast

    morning tea apple with (insert)

    lunch: can of tuna on wholemeal bread.

    arvo tea: apple and wholemeal bread.

    dinner lean steak,lamb or chicken with (insert)

    snacks: whey protein,coffee with lowfat milk

    1320 calories

    i need 480 calories

    but i dunno what from that would be healthy please add away

    ok upped my calories up to 1700

    WOW i havent had this much energy since i was eating junk food.(i got it from lean products)

    thank you BIGtim for tellin me i need more calories

    now for my tattoo to heal its off to swim training and hopefully the fat will start to come off slowy

    ok dont take offence to this.... But you are WAY too skinny to be trying to lose weight... bulk up first

    what i fell as i am at the moment i fell good in my self i dont fell skinny i fell good and as it is its hard enough to get enoough calories

    but i got a problem with my arms my left tricep is bigger then my right but my right bicep is bigger:S

    so in short,
    Your skinny enough.. bulk and train hard and heavy.
    if i was as lean as you i would be wrapped.

    are you swimming with your tattoo? and what is it?

    im not swimming with it as it only 11 days into healing and its the grim reaper its got more work 2 be done but i wanna start swimmin once i can 2ish weeks:D

    also how many calories am i gunna need to bulk?

    do you need my stats?

    ok after a WHOLE day of revising my diet i came up with a new diet staring from trommrow

    here it is.

    breakfast: scrambled egg with a coffee wholemeal toast and oatmeal.

    morning tea apple with fingerbun.(easy calories)

    lunch: can of tuna on wholemeal bread. and an apple

    arvo tea apple and oatmeal and a coffee or half cup milk.

    dinner lean steak,lamb or chicken and a full glass milk.

    total carloies 2159

    add and subtract some more if you have to

    Okay, at your age your body needs everything it can get to power through puberty and all that shit..
    for me, 2100 calories is cutting, and still to low for fat loss.

    Have a BIG breaky, get through school, swimming, whatever else you do in morn. Lunch can be in a Tupperware container; tastes even better cold.. Something like chicken pasta salad (bit of everything in there(carbs,protein)

    for snacks, grab a bag of peanuts/almonds
    Dinner, salad with lean meats. NOW salads aren't boring... if you make the right one, so be creative!

    shit loads of water and even diet sodas if you want. Oh, and take water with you to swimming because you dehydrate quick in the water. Didn't you say you're swimming for 3 hours?.... what squad are you in??

    How about some vegies in there for lunch and dinner, as I cannot see how you could be satisfied with simply a piece of meat.. If you want to put on muscle your going to need to add in 1 or 2 protein shakes at say morning and afternoon tea, and use the milk for the shake if you really want to have milk.

    Phosphoric acid and aspartame aren't great for growing bodies.

    You need at least 3g of protein for every kilo of body weight, so aim for 200g per day. don't count more then 40 grams of protein per meal, add brown rice, sweet potato, multigrain bread, oats with every meal. Drop the coffee's if you can as well.
