hello all.
im lookin to burn some serouis fat but until my toe heals and my tattoo i thought i would start a thread up to get some help so anyway.
my diet:
breakfast: scrambled egg with a coffee and wholemeal toast
morning tea apple with( pending)
lunch: can of tuna on wholemeal bread.
arvo tea apple
dinner lean steak,lamb or chicken
grand total 1250 calories (calorie king)
im down to 63kg but im not losing muscle or fat
i wanna get down to 60kg
