hey guys, this is for me and u if you want to follow my 8 week weight loss journal..
I am currently 100kg
18 years old
around 26% body fat.
I haven't been able to go to gym in the last 2 months but just rejoined.
will post diet soon,
target is 1kg a week,
doing a low carb food plan, still plenty of protein and good fats, which goes for my metabolic typing anyway.
