Coming along nicely Gook, and with big Vic in your corner I'm sure you'll dial in well.

Good work on posting progress pic's this far out, don't think I'd have the guts to do that!

What is your height and current weight?

I'm at 79kg after last night small carb-up (ie. 250 gr of sweet potato); I'm 169cm
Yeah, I was a bit apprehensive about putting my pics up but after seeing the physical changes that has occurred (and the encouragement of Mino) - I thought it would be nice addition for the threads here. :)

    Diet Update:
Been doing the new diet since wednesday, very low carb @ 30g WMS post w/o with maybe some trace carbs with all the veges i eat.
Feel good, haven't really noticed any drop in strength or anything like that. Just the occasional headache, though admittedly, I miss my morning oats now. Lol

Really great to work with; puts a lot of time and effort.

fuck bolex, that forum is not a true bodybuilding forum man,all topics end up been about gay jokes, animal fucking or threads get locked,

    too much politics there,

if you want true support from a forum with genuine members, then sm is the place to be,

keen to see your next set of photos gook, very inspiring mate,

Keep a very close eye on the low carb levels. You'll have to tweak as you go. I'm going through a similar issue, you may be able to last a few weeks through motivation but eventually you will hit a brickwall and will have difficulty functioning at optimum levels.

I carb up with sweet potato (about 150 gr- 300gr) every 4 days, Vic tells me to do this for any lagging body parts.
I survive quite well with low carb - the headaches have stopped, which is good but I'm dreaming about food a lot now. Lol

Fasted cardio in the morning hits me harder, as does post-w.o. cardio... This is despite the fact that I am much fitter now.

this has got to do with leptin, when you hit a platoe a carb up day depending on your weight is necessary,

vic has picked the right trick for gook(every 4 days) as he is at a low body fat,so hes on the right track,

gook,do you up carbs and lower protein on this day?

Nope, I don't change a thing except for the sweet potato.

An update for last night ...

As some of you may know, I recently bought some R-ala from Geronova (MO's suggestion - I noticed they are stronger than the ones that I bought from Dava.)
Any way, I took 3 caps post w.o. @ 100mg each... big mistake, I felt so depleted the whole day. I was so drained, seriously, this is the first time I felt like shit; all I could do is sit and stare at the Tv @ my gf's place (watching My kitchen rules because I've become slightly food obsessed lol) - I did take 2 caps before but that was on my old diet (where I had carbs in my diet) and felt fine.

Took 2 this morning and I feel much better. Lesson learnt.
I believe 3 was too much as I only get 30 grams of carbs Post w.o. Any thoughts, guys?

Coming along nicely Gook! Looks like your BF levels around 12-14%. Ideally 10% at 10 weeks out is a good indicator that you'll be ripped. Probably another 5kg to go - don't worry it will come down and don't rush it at the expense of muscle size, upping the cardio intensity slightly and working on the posing will help. A tip that I recommend also is leading into the contest - keeping your abdominal area tensed throughout the whole day, may feel uncomfortable at first but will go a long way towards adding that nice detail to the area.
