In these shots are you pumped or cold? What BF are you at the moment?
Overall looking good, looks like you're about 6-7kg off the ideal weight to show up your conditioning. You've got some bulk in the legs and will look better once you've dropped the BF. Good balance, good shoulders/upper back separation, arms are great. Just need some detail, hardness and vascularity all over especially lower back, abs, intercostals, hammys and quads. Ideally it is best to get to contest weight a few weeks out and just work on getting harder, instead of dropping weight all the way through prep - coming in depleted and looking like a shrivelled grape. I'd recommend stepping up that cardio, get lots of clean protein and veges, drink heaps of water and back off the carbs a little - dropping carbs alltogether I'm not so sure. Practice those compulsarys, get harder brother.

I see Vic on my leg days ( I always cramp on abs and thigh shot) haha but otherwise I'm cold mate. No idea what BF - will ask Vic
You got it spot on mate. That's our plan to be ready at least 2 weeks beforehand ...
Like I mentioned earlier, new diet has me eating over a kilo of green beans and broc.
I do fasted cardio most mornings, cardio after workouts and cardio at my work's treadmill.

My girlfriend never fails to remind me to do my posing. Bless her. LOL

    Week 12:

This week has been a bit different - rather do my usual wednesday session with Vic (ie> pose, feedback, take pics etc.) I did a tough back workout under his supervision.

So these pics don't have the best lighting and are done at my GF's place. So excuse the quality and some of the poses.

Hahaha my gf was pissing herself when she took those pics.

Chump88: thanks mate, when I do shoulders I pre-exhaust my traps first as they can overtake on certain exercises. I favour leaning side laterals as it reduces a lot of momentum.
Another thing - I get a lot of tension in my neck and traps - I have to be extra careful not to strain my neck or traps.

Gook always best to photograph in the same place and lighting to judge progress properly. I can see a little more detail overall, the upper back is starting to show some vascularity. Get Vic to go over the way you pose, your double biceps need a small adjustment lean back a little with fists slightly closer in to create more peak in the biceps - also will show more bulk in the shoulders. With your legs I can see potential there, but to really present them properly you will need to make some minor adjustments including finding the best angle for your thigh shape, toe positioning to flare out those calves, etc. In your most muscular you're bending forward way to much, with traps overpowering everything, ease up a little and allow the chest and abs to come in to play. Keep going, work on getting those veins to stand out like a hose, really squeeze and hold your poses - and build up that stamina.

    Good on ya, Gook.
The progress from first lot of pictures to the last shows you've got what it takes.
Mike is a good friend of mine.
    You're surrounded by the best.
