Iv gained 20kgs since i first got into gym . 66kg to 86kg current @ 167cm .
No Aas just ya basic Otc supps, hard work and a good clean diet.
Now bring on the new goals!!! Its time to BULK ARHHHHHH
Past 3 months iv been on a fat loss, lean muscle gain diet, i dropped a couple of kg,s at the start slowly but then kind of hovered at around 83 leaning out whilst adding muscle. Added 50 grams to my protein intake each meal (solids only) 2 weeks ago and am now @ 86 Kg. Im the leanest iv been and in my opinion i feel i look my best so far. No cardio or thermogenics just diet and a few tweaks in my routine is what has done this. Fat test said i was bout 8% but im thinking more aound the 10 mark as iv still got a little bit of that stubborn belly fat. I wasnt trying to get down to anything drastic just wanted to loose bit of belly fat.
At my height another 10 to 15 kg of bulk then a good cut will be a nice size for me. I once thought my weight now was unacheivable but here i am. The only thing that is stopping me now is ME!!!!
