...yeah, i really cut loose on the carbs about once or twice a week (i have a bad sweet tooth so it feels like everywhere i go its a big test for me to avoid them)... but now not gonna let it stop me, so if i do go crazy on sugar, i just look forward and just get back into it....

and to be honest - im not a fan of hydroxycut either... but i know last time i used a thermogenic i really did shed a few pounds, so im commiting to this for the next 10 days.. (kinda as a mental boost more than anything - at least that way i know i tried..) but i am only now realising how important diet is... the whole eating healthy is totally new to me... heck i used to think eating subway was eating 'healthy'!

    hi all,

    quick little update..

i feel as though my body transformation is going along ok... im becoming more and more comfortable with my body fat levels (particularly my chest - i think the brocolli everyday which hogan suggested and im also taking a turmeric supp which i feel has made a great difference)

i have a few more days on hydroxycut and dieting for dropping bodyfat levels

.. i think the next stage for me will be a short bulk cycle (im thinking 4 weeks) so i can gain a bit of muscle mass, but still have time to cut the fat by summer as fat is my main concern (but a little more muscle would not go astray)... is this an ok idea? or should i continue with the cutting?

    cheers!

    long time no post...

    little update...

feel like i have lost a lot of fat... there was a stage there where i really good start seeing some ab definition... (but then i had some water and food and it was soon gone... lol)

anyways...i now feel like im at a stage where instead of going really low with the bodyfat level... i wanna do a short clean bulk this month (with creatine, a supp i havnt used before)... then a cut (thinking the ckd diet) in december.. priming me for my holidays in january!

i stopped using hydroxycut a few weeks ago, and have been eating a lot more of everything, and suprisingly havnt gained very much weight?? im thinking its possibly because my metabolism is a lot faster as i still have 6 meals a day...

but, the 'weight' doesnt really mean anything... so attached are the pics..

.. my thoughts, it is a longer process than i thought it would be, but now fully understand and appreciate what it takes to have a body in top shape...

i would like some feedback on areas that you may believe i should concentrate on (and you could also suggest a corrosponding workout).. and seriously, dont hold back... (a harsh critique will only increase my determination, lol - im annoyingly one of those types of ppl)

    thanks all!

from a quick look at your pics, you have made some fantastic progress.
Chest is bigger, abs are tighter and arms clearly bigger too.
More importantly, your whole posture and proportionality now looks 'fit' whereas before you looked as if you had a relatively inactive lifestyle.
    Great work so far.
Looking at your latest pictures your body fat is pretty well under control, whilst you are still quite lightly built in terms of musculature, so you would probably see some impressive results from a clean bulking program.

Just be sure to keep it clean, and you should be able to keep it going for longer than four weeks.
Great work so far, you should be proud.
