Hi All,

Just wanted to do the right thing by Bioflex and offer him some well deserved praise.

I ordered some Biocharge and BCAA Pro - was amazed at the speed of delivery (next day - I'm in Brisbane).

Not only that - but in that time I had 2 or 3 emails/PM's with Ben about some different aspects - and not only that - he was kind enough to throw in a free flavour satchel for the BCAA Pro!

Usually I buy my BCAA via Bulk Nutrients and order the satchel then, but because I was needing Biocharge this time I ordered from the Bioflex site and the flavour satchels aren't available there.

Long story short - Ben knew I was a Sizematters member and I've ordered a few times from Bioflex/Bulk Nutrition - so he threw it in for free.

Customer service with bioflex is second to none (speaking from my own experience).
Friends (not on any BB boards) just bought from him and I got to say 'i told you so' when their order got to them so fast.

Definately Awesome service! speed of delivery is unreal! both from Bulk nutrients and Bioflex! have recently purchased both Bio-charge Recovery X and 8odd kg of protein.
Protein is superb flavours are spot on! and i will only purchase the Rocky road flavor from ON once every blue moon now :)


Just waiting for this trail Fat burner to become available.......... Or if Bioflex can whip me up a batch.... ;)

Have ordered from Bioflex twice now & Bulk Nutrients once. I live in rural NSW and it can take 2 weeks to get a simple letter mailed from Brisbane, yet my small satchels arrived 2 days after order, the bulkier items took 4 business days. This in itself was simply amazing.

The customer service has been fantastic, Ben has answered questions and provided information by email and I would recommend his service to everyone.

The products are fantastic, the mass gainer for my partner was terrific & the Proflex which arrived yesterday, well I love the taste (its vanilla and not over the top strong) and its texture is good, it mixes easily in a hand shaker with water or milk.

We also got samples of the WPC from Bulk Nutrients, it had fantastic mixability and texture and I loved both the strawberry & vanilla flavour samples, however the boyfriend found the strawberry too sweet for him.

The glutamine is also fantastic, and being able to buy it in such a large quantity at a great price, made it so much easier.

I know in sydney there are some fantastic supplement shops, but here in rural nsw, its a very small range and you have to wait for it to be on special (or near expiry date so price massively reduced), so being able to order exactly what I need online, at fantastic prices and fantastic high speed delivery times just makes life so much easier.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We do work very hard with our customers service so to have it recognised and realise customers are happy is great.

I have bought from both bioflex and bulknutrients and the service and quality is excellent, i have told a few people/mates at the gym and they say the same thing.
What the best thing is that both companies are growing with popularity and with products, yet the customer service is great and trouble free.
Its also good that you send out a newsletter too Ben...

The best complement anyone can give us is a recommendation to friends and associates, so thanks for that.

With that, we will always do our best to surpass people's expectations in terms of quality and service, and if they previously bought named brand goods at retail, we often literally half people's supplement bills.
That of course means more money back in the pocket, or more supps for those on tight budgets.

Glad you like the newsletter, it's a good way to keep in touch, informing people of the new products, it will work well in future when we start running some comps making it much more interactive.

Got something exciting on the horizon with Bioflex too, can't give too much away at this stage, one clue is that we have purchased the url's "cagetv.com.au" and "muscletv.com.au" :)

Its well deserved Bioflex. I too have recommended bulknutrients to a number of my friends in which a couple have already placed their orders. Very intrigued as to what is in stall for us from Bioflex :D

Cagetv sounds like MMA... i like!

Just don't tell my wife. She thinks its time to be making a family, while this new idea involves getting around to a different state in Aus every 4 - 6 weeks with a camera in tow and two days of non stop work.
Not looking forward to breaking the news....
It's still very much in the pipeline, but yeah the plan is to focus some regular footage on both MMA and Bodybuilding, which will include interviews, gym sessions, show features and everything in between. Quite different to what is available now as although sponsored by us, we'll involve all athletes from anywhere.

I too have gotten mates onto Bioflex and Bulk Nutrition and they are amazed at the price, quality and service.
