    Recovery X + Biocharge

    Hey ppl,
    I have been using biocharge and recovery X for about 3 odd weeks
    I have been taking pre workout 1 scoop of biocharge
    then during workout with water, 1 scoop Biocharge and 1 scoop Recovery X

    But for the last week or 2 i have noticed i have been getting weird feeling like when you get a stich from running on both sides of abdomen.
    not just during workout but during cardio even if i didnt use the product..

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Ilk, I only just started using them... Are you using the scoop from the container? I think its close to 20grams, so your effectively having 40 grams of biocharge per training session when most people have around 10-20grams... that could be it?

    hey mate yeah using the scoop provided.. that could be the reason i might drop it down to 20grm and see how that goes!
