Hey ppl,
I have been using biocharge and recovery X for about 3 odd weeks
I have been taking pre workout 1 scoop of biocharge
then during workout with water, 1 scoop Biocharge and 1 scoop Recovery X
But for the last week or 2 i have noticed i have been getting weird feeling like when you get a stich from running on both sides of abdomen.
not just during workout but during cardio even if i didnt use the product..
Has anyone else experienced this?
