    Gino, can you please establish that your order is genuine, I hope you can appreciate that any negative feedback really needs be justified as it can have an impact on business.

    We work extremely hard to make sure all orders are delievered as soon as possible, but obviously we can't control couriers.

    Did you receive your confirmation email? If so, you could then verify that your order was sent out the day it was received (if it came in before 3pm) - this is certainly the best we can do here.
    Next, with your receipted delivery, you are able to track the order all thr way through, have you done this? axd it should make the whereabouts clear?

    Finally, if none of that suits, we also mention on the email that you can contact us anytime and we will always get back to you asap.

    If you have contacted us and you have not had a response that is acceptable please let us know. I instruct all my staff to do what is necessary even if we have no control over what Aus Post have done with the parcels. If that means us paying for postage twice, (usually express if the customer is waiting) having to bear the cost of lost goods etc, so be it.

    Not to mention i saw on the news auspost is has been going on strikes, the second strike being today!

    I can second that, i ordered from bioflex as well back on the 13th. Still no order in site due to the auspost strike however its pretty common for me to wait this long anyway. Everyone who gets their orders next day must have really small orders as its always taken roughly 7 days for my 4kg orders.

    This strike is definitely having an effect, as there seem to be a few people who are experiencing delays recently.

    That said, there are certain things that we always do to ensure order arrive as soon as possible.
    All orders are sent out the day they are recieved (if before 3pm) and all customers recieve a confirmation email with tracking number so orders can be followed up.

    Unfoirtunately there is no acknowledgment in Gino's post that any positive service has been recieved from us. While I can totally appreciate the frustration on waiting on goods, it should be noted in this case that all emails were responded to within 24 hours, a confirmation email was recieved with the order and since the issue we have been in contact with Aus Post as soon as a problem was realised.

    While the package may not be there yet, I think our response does qualify as "good service". After all, all companies can look good when things are going smoothly, it's the reassurance, rapid response and guarantee that the customer wil get there product no matter what which we give that sets us apart.

    We'll blame Aus Post and the union strikes on this one.

    Btw...the scooper in the RecoverX products ---> how many grams does it hold? Looks like a ~ 30-40g scoop.

    The Recover X scoop is preety much dead on 20g for a flat scoop.
    For half of this dose, just use half a scoop

    Never purchaced any Bioplex products until i read some of the the glowing reviews of biocharge from members here.Ordered 500g and recieved 1kg for the same price as 500g Out of stock on the 500g flavour i ordered,so i get a bonus 500g FREE!! Un heard of,almost beyond belief these days. You can bet i'll be purchacing a few Bioplex products in the future.Thank you Ben & Mike.Yet another happy customer. (Anthony)

    Have ordered 3 times through Bioflex (buying Proflex and Biocharge) and have found them very fast with postage (next day arrival to Melbourne!). When there was an error as to the product sent to me, I was sent the correct product the very next day (with an Express Post bag to return the wrong item).

    Terrific service. Order with confidence from these folks. :)

    I recently ordered 4kg of proflex and recived 3x 1.75 kg proflex tubs. Extra 1.25kg for free at an already good price with the SM discount. Im not sure why but Im guessing they had no 4kg tubs in stock or they were feeling extra generous! As you said, that kind of customer service is unheard of.

    Cheers Guys, yeah we like to get things out as soon as possible, and if the correct item isn't there, always better that a customer benefits rather than loses out.

    I started this thread over a year ago and it's terrific to see that my experience has been replicated so many times. I am constantly amazed that a local can supply:
    1. excellent products
    2. timely service
    3. competitive pricing

    Again this week; order in and a heartbeat later it's being delivered. Sensational.
