Gino, can you please establish that your order is genuine, I hope you can appreciate that any negative feedback really needs be justified as it can have an impact on business.
We work extremely hard to make sure all orders are delievered as soon as possible, but obviously we can't control couriers.
Did you receive your confirmation email? If so, you could then verify that your order was sent out the day it was received (if it came in before 3pm) - this is certainly the best we can do here.
Next, with your receipted delivery, you are able to track the order all thr way through, have you done this? axd it should make the whereabouts clear?
Finally, if none of that suits, we also mention on the email that you can contact us anytime and we will always get back to you asap.
If you have contacted us and you have not had a response that is acceptable please let us know. I instruct all my staff to do what is necessary even if we have no control over what Aus Post have done with the parcels. If that means us paying for postage twice, (usually express if the customer is waiting) having to bear the cost of lost goods etc, so be it.
